Our Stations


From the barley crops and beaches of the Yorke Peninsula to the vineyards and wineries of the Barossa to the sheep stations and wind farms of the Mid North and the houseboats and vegetable farms of the Mid Murray. Flow Central covers more than 25,000 people as the primary FM commercial radio service and with key National Highways north of Adelaide including the Sturt, Barrier and Augusta, Flow Central radio coverage provides for transport and tourism services. The town of Eudunda the birthplace of children’s author Colin Thiele is a feature of the region.


Major transport systems between Victoria and SA are a feature of the coverage region with the Calder, Sunraysia, Henty, Mallee, Borung, Princess Highways and the Great Ocean Road dissecting Flow Victoria coverage areas. With recreational freshwater lakes and creeks stocked with fish and suitable for boating and 6 major silo’s at Brim, Patchewollock, Roseberry, Lascelles, Rupanyup and Sheep Hills painted with artistic murals these areas are well served by Flow Victoria and a must see for tourists and caravaners. The grain and pulse industry (lentils, chick peas faba beans canola) flourish at Donald and Birchip where the BCG Cropping group is headquartered.  


The iconic mining towns of Roxby Downs for Uranium and Copper as well as Coober Pedy Opals along with defence industries at Woomera plus the longest continuous FM road coverage from one radio service on the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula are features of Flow Outback. The West Coast towns of Wudinna, Streaky Bay and Ceduna provide support for grain and sheep farming as well as well as Australia’s oyster capital at Ceduna along with Port facilities where locally mined gypsum salt and zircon are shipped along with seafood and grain to all parts of the world.


The Riverina ‘diamond’  represents Flows NSW coverage with the Sturt, Newell, Riverina Highways and the Olympic Way forming a coverage diamond shape in Southern New South Wales. The town of Urana where irrigation channels were first dug, along with the verandah town of Lockhart with its famous wool art museum plus the grain, sheep and cattle farming pursuits make this Flow region one of Australia’s most important creators of agriculture exports. The Murray, Murrumbidgee, Edward, Wakool Rivers along with the Yanco, Colombo and Billabong Creeks are great for fishing and camping as well as the freshwater nature reserve at Lake Urana. Key towns like Narrandera, Henty, Corowa and Jerilderie receive reception in this area.


The key roads that link South Australia to Victoria are covered by Flow South East including the Mallee, Dukes and Princess Highways. The region has Australia’s largest potato field at Pinnaroo along with one of the largest honey extraction areas at Tintinara. Beef cattle studs and chilled beef abattoirs at Bordertown and Naracoorte along with tourism and crayfish at Kingston and Robe plus the highlight of underground caving at Naracoorte. The world renowned Coorong is also a feature made famous by the movie ‘Storm Boy’.
